Abstract

Every teacher faces various problems in the classroom. Effective teachers will apply these models as creatively as possible to solve problems. Teaching models provide opportunities for teachers to adapt them to the classroom environment they live in. Only teachers who are creative, flexible and intelligent can get the most out of these teaching models. The problem in this study is whether there is an effect of the snowball throwing method on the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak students of class VII MTs. Nurulhuda Pakandangan Barat Islamic Boarding School, Bluto District, Sumenep Regency for the 2022-2023 Academic Year and how much influence the snowball throwing method has on learning outcomes on Akidah Akhlak material for class VII MTs students. Nurulhuda Pakandangan Barat Islamic Boarding School, Bluto District, Sumenep Regency for the 2022-2023 Academic Year. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population that is the subject of this research is students of class VII MTs. Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School Pakandangan Barat Bluto Sumenep Madura for the 2022-2023 Academic Year. Where in this study the researchers used all the population as a sample, namely as many as 24 students. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique that the researchers used was simple linear regression with the help of SPSS for windows version 26. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the snowball throwing method on the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak students of class VII MTs. Nurulhuda Pakandangan Barat Islamic Boarding School, Bluto District, Sumenep Regency for the 2022-2023 Academic Year. This is because the sig value is 0.011 which means it is smaller (<) than the value 0.05. The big influence of the snowball throwing method on the learning outcomes of the Aqidah Akhlak material for class VII students of MTs. Nurulhuda Pakandangan Barat Islamic Boarding School, Bluto District, Sumenep Regency for the 2022-2023 academic year is 26.1%. This is in accordance with the SPSS output in the model summary table that the value of R Square is 0.261, then 0.261 x 100 is 26.1.
